Victoria Doyle is an attorney, mother, and Lake Worth Beach resident running for Congress because the people of Palm Beach County deserve a courageous leader who will stand up and fight for them.
She has spent her career protecting creativity, innovation, and the rule of law, and has been deeply involved in her community through organizing, canvassing, and helping voters ensure their ballots were counted.
Victoria is running because doing the bare minimum is no longer acceptable. She is committed to showing up, listening, and fighting for real results for the people of Florida’s 22nd District.

About Philip Katz
Philip Katz is a nationally recognized arts producer and activist with decades of experience building movements, mobilizing people, and delivering results.
In the early 1980s, while living in Los Angeles, Philip helped lead ACT UP and the Stop AIDS Los Angeles project during the height of the AIDS crisis. After returning to New York City, he expanded Broadway’s reach through consulting, audience development, and sales and marketing, while also producing national youth programs and the opening number of the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade for three consecutive years.
Philip later brought his expertise to the international cruise industry, where he focused on experiential and immersive programming. Now based in South Florida, Philip and his husband of more than 25 years are committed to high-impact voter mobilization and the urgent need for change in Congress.
